IS 2.2.1b Patch 2.0

This fixes the British Techtree bug. Just overwrite the file "Imperial Splendour 2_2 DB.pack". If you not now where the file is located (it should be either in C:\...Steam\SteamApps\common\empire total war\data or in C:\...Steam\SteamApps\common\empire total war\data\IS depending if you you the launcher or not)use the search function of you OS.
